HelloMD & Brightfield Group's study finds CBD to be highly effective.
HelloMD with Brightfield Group announced the results of a comprehensive study on cannabidiol (CBD) usage. The study surveyed 2,400 of HelloMD’s 150,000 community members on their usage, knowledge, perceptions and misconceptions of the non-psychoactive cannabinoid, CBD, making it the largest study of its kind. Overall, the study found that consumers of CBD are very satisfied with its effectiveness for treating a variety of medical conditions including insomnia, depression, anxiety and joint pain.

- CBD is most commonly used to treat insomnia, depression, anxiety and joint pain.
- 42% of CBD users stopped using traditional medications and now use cannabis instead.
- 80% of CBD users found CBD be very or extremely effective for treatment.
- 90% of those surveyed said they would buy CBD-only products derived from marijuana.
